Aralube Coolcut EP 25-EX 2 is an excellent general-purpose lubricant. Recommended for machining on carbon steels, aluminum alloys, copper and brass. Good performance characteristics such as cooling, speed metal removal, clean thread and prevent chips welding to dies. Suitable for machining operation like gun drilling and other deep hole drilling, as well as threading,milling, turning, trepanning operation and other cutting operation on both ferrous and non-ferrous metal.
Aralube Coolcut EP 25-EX 2 is a multifunctional cutting fluids formulated with free staining sulphur additive to give better surface finish and longer cutting tool life over wide spectrum of cutting and machining opration, including metal removal, broaching, tapping, reaming and threading.The special formulation provides a high film strength that will not break down even under the most severe conditions. It contains balance additives system, which reduces heat that can damage expensive cutting, tools and dies.
